holiday gift guide under $100

As I was trying to finish off my Christmas shopping last week, I decided to pull out my trusty old design folder for some ideas. It's mostly filled with magazine pages that I've torn out, but I also have fabric pieces, paint chips and even small samples of concrete slab. With the inception of pinterest however, I find I’m able to keep things neatly tucked away and very organized. While sorting through my folder, I realized I had lots of options for the cooks, bakers and entertainers in my life. I thought I’d share some of the list with you. I think anyone who loves cooking or entertaining will love at least some of these items and many of them will make amazing hostess gifts. They’re mainly to stimulate your creative side as it’s always nice to have ideas on hand for inspiration. I can say from personal experience that some of these items are absolutely wonderful. My children love the clothespin chopsticks and I've used the stemless glassware on many occasions. I also fell in love with the candelabra-but they only had one in stock and I decided to give it to a very dear friend for Christmas a couple of years ago. I've had my eye on some of the pieces for quite some time. The IceMilk aprons are classic and beautiful and those tea towels from Etsy are dramatic and modern. I've also just ordered the cookbook from Beatrice Peltre- La Tartine Gourmande, as I've been following her for quite some time and absolutely love her work.

I won’t say too much else, as I’ve bought some of these lovely items for some of the people on my list-and some for myself as well. You just never know when you’ll throw an impromptu dinner party and need some of these beautiful things.
