pepper + paint is the creative blog of Nicholetta and Kara, friends who share a passion for food, art, and beautiful things. Our blog offers a fresh perspective on recipes, design, art and everything in-between.
With a collective background in public relations, design and fine art, we initially came together while giving back to our community by teaching art and cooking classes at a home for women and children.
Just as we used our passion to impart knowledge and spark interest in that environment, we hope to foster your imagination through art-inspired projects for you and your children. We will also showcase simple and delicious recipes that you can share with your loved ones and sometimes, we will simply post things that inspire our creativity.
We initially began this blog as a way to chronicle the things we are passionate about, but it has evolved into a forum where we are able to share that fervor with our friends and family. We are excited to embark on this journey of self-discovery and hope to have a little fun along the way.
